Cat Contract

The kittens come with their first shots, dewormed, a vet checkup, health record and limited health guarantee. The process of adopting is pretty straightforward. 500 deposit to hold the kitten, balance due by the time the kittens are 8 weeks. All monies paid are transferable, but non-refundable. Transport fee (if applicable) is due before I start traveling. I use PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle for deposits and payments, and the associated fee is the customer's responsibility. To avoid the fee, check friends and family instead of goods and services. Waiting list deposits are applied to final price of the kitten. In order for health guarantee to be honored, the kitten must visit the vet within three days of receiving. Guarantee is declared null and void if kitten is not kept current on shots and vet visits. Health guarantee covers congenital problems not detected by my vet for up to one year.

The kitten under contract is the ______________________from________and_________. It is being purchased as a _____________________________. It’s full purchase price is ____________USD. If the kitten is being purchased as a pet, the kitten must be spayed or neutered before a successful breeding occurs. If the kitten is bred without permission, for any reason, purchasers knowingly forfeit all monies spent and ownership rights of the cat. If, for whatever reason, the kitten can no longer be cared for by purchaser, Satraclan Munchkins gets first pick for rehoming.

Life is uncertain. On occasion, kittens pass away before rehoming. If this rare yet unfortunate circumstance occurs, Satraclan Munchkins will honor all monies paid and transfer balances to future kitten of equal value. Purchaser also gets moved to first pick of future litter. Pick up arrangements must be made by the time kitten is six weeks of age. Satraclan Munchkins will board kittens for one week free of charge unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties.
